I’m a trauma-informed Somatic and Transpersonal Psychotherapist; and Energy Worker. I focus on science-backed high-impact therapeutic modalities for couples, family systems, business partners, and other primary bonds. My work is at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and science.

An MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), and hold a strong background in Energetic Healing Practices.

I hold extensive training in different disciplines such as:

• Body-oriented Therapies & Transpersonal Psychotherapy: Gestalt Awareness Practice, Hakomi, Expressive Arts, Movement, Bioenergetics, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy;

• Counseling Skills and Relationship Dynamics: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Esther Perel, Gestalt for couples;

• Energetic Healing Practices: Tibetan Singing Bowls, Reiki, Ritual, Tribal Group Processes, Shamanism, Wicca;

• Ancestral Healing: Thomas Hübl at the Academy of Inner Science, Shamanism.

For each session, I curate the best combination of practices to promote awareness, healing, and embodiment. I’m also the founder of Embodying - a catalyst for regeneration where I create experiential healing sessions for couples, individuals, and group spaces that promote agency and self-empowerment.
